What data we collect

Law firm name, lawyer name, email, WhatsApp number, client full name, passport number, nationality, mobile number and appointment preferences.

Why we collect it

Solely to book NIE appointments on behalf of your clients through the official Spanish government portal, and to send booking confirmations via WhatsApp and email.

How long we keep it

Maximum 12 months after booking completion. Payment records up to 7 years for tax purposes.

Third parties

Stripe (payment processing), communication providers for WhatsApp/SMS/email notifications, Spanish government portal. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data at any time. Email info@citaprevia.pro to exercise your rights or lodge a complaint with AEPD (aepd.es).

The Service

CitaPrevia Pro provides NIE appointment support and sourcing service for law firms in Alicante province. We act as an intermediary and do not provide legal advice.

Pricing

€39 + 21% IVA per sourced appointment. The Modelo 790 fee (€9.84) is separate and is the responsibility of the client or law firm.

30-day guarantee

If no appointment is found within 30 days, you receive a full refund of the booking fee.

Cancellation

48h+ before: full refund · 24–48h: 50% refund · Less than 24h: no refund. Email info@citaprevia.pro with your booking reference to cancel.

Accuracy of information

You are responsible for ensuring all client details are accurate. CitaPrevia Pro accepts no liability for failed bookings due to incorrect information.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability is limited to the booking fee paid. We are not liable for government portal changes or third-party service interruptions.

Governing law

Spanish law applies. Disputes subject to courts of Alicante, Spain.

It depends on availability, but our team continuously monitors availability across the available offices. Most clients receive a confirmed appointment within a few days. If no slot is found within 30 days, you receive a full refund.

No. Once registered and paid, our team handles the request process for you. You and your client will receive a WhatsApp and email confirmation the moment the appointment is confirmed.

We cover all 9 offices in Alicante province: Torrevieja, Orihuela, Alicante Ciudad, Elche, Elda-Petrel, Benidorm, Altea, Dénia and Alcoy.

The Modelo 790 (Code 012) is a government fee of €9.84 that must be paid separately before the appointment. Not included in our booking fee.

Yes. You can add multiple clients in a single order. Each client is booked individually. The fee is €39 + IVA per client.
